In August 2015, I became aware that on the website iriney, in the section "forum.iriney", in the subsections "Anti-sectarian forum", "Pseudo -induist sects" information is spread concerning me and my activities. This information defames my honor, dignity and reputation, as well as fomenting religious intolerance and ethnic strife. In this regard, on March 24, 2016, I filed a lawsuit in the court for the protection of honor and dignity.

On April 4, 2017, in the Lublin court of Moscow, at the last hearing on my case, the claim was dismissed.

The reason for the cancellation of my appeal has been justified by stating that the administrator of the site isn't responsible for the hateful and slanderous comments on the website. The other reason stated for the cancellation is that RACSRS does not know the individuals who are posting these comments on the internet.

I can understand the decision from the judicial point of view, but in reality and practically the situation isn't as clear and easy to grasp as it's portrayed by Dworkin and his fellow conspirators.

Everybody knows that the iriney blog belongs to the RACSRS organization who's President is the notorious Alexander Dworkin. He's the person controlling each and every activity of the blog behind the profiles of innocent site admins of his choice, whom he uses according to his own convenience. During my one and a half years of court processions against the activities on his website he has replaced the admin of the site, a lady, to an innocent young man as he deemed keeping the lady was equivalent to losing the case knowing the loopholes of the judicial system. This caused a delay in the whole procession. 

The defamation and the insults aimed at me, my family, my beliefs and religion is a huge conspiracy lead by Dworkin.

These individuals spiteful and hatred filled relation towards Hinduism is well known to everyone who has even a little interest in this field.

I have lived in Russia for more than half of my life, this place has been nothing less than a home to me and my family. The people of this country have always showered us with love and respect. I have developed warm and respectful feelings not only towards the society but I've also created a spiritual bond with the people of Russia.

As my reputation in the society rose and I started becoming well known on a level from where I couldn't be left unnoticed by the notorious Dworkin, it became hard for him to accept that a lot of people have a very keen interest in Hinduism and that I'am being treated with so much affection and respect. 

This man, along with his associates, has been continually insulting and slandering not just me personally, but also our religion, festivities and culture. They sunk to the lowest of lows by not even sparing my wife and my children.

The following algorithms have been adopted by Dworkin:
1. Insulting and slandering the persons activities and religion continually on the blog.
2. Using the blog as the basis and spreading these lies through the media to misdirect the general public.
3. Sending all sorts of threats.
4. If these don't work in scaring people off then resort to using their connections to pay various media sources and infopapers to tarnish my image and bring n the religion itself.
5. Sending the links to the fabricated info to those who follow my work and know me to either scare them away or create room for doubt in their minds.
6. Having a group of professional interrogators who threat or misguide those people.
7. Trying to gain the attention of official departments by sending them false information or using paid actors and filing complaints from time to time.
8. Sending trained individuals to the persons home or their workplace with hidden cameras to get footage which they will in turn twist to fabricate a story and portray my beliefs and activities as dangerous.( In my case this trick was tried by them twice but both ended up in failure due to the security measures undertaken)

All of the above mentioned ways were used by Dworkin and his team of conspirators, but he was still unable to portray and prove my activities, religion and beliefs as having the characteristics of a "totalitarian sect". 

This is a victory for Hinduism. Our gratitude goes out to each and every department in Russia and India who helped and supported us throughout this process, especially the Ministry of foreign affairs and Internal affairs of both the countries and the Indian embassy. I have full confidence that their support will always be felt and we will continue fighting against this injustice, as the judicial fight isn't over yet. After the cancellation of my appeal the matter of the blog hasn't been removed till date and more threats and dirt is being flung towards my family and Hinduism. 

It is these kinds of close-minded people that inject poison into the minds of people causing discrimination and differences to rise between various social and religious groups.

These are the questions that I have for the Orthodox Church:-
Why are People like Dworkin allowed to function with your blessings?
Why is RACSRS existing under the blessings of the former Patriarch?
Whys are such misdeeds being carried out under the name of such a pure saint?

In the end I would like to say that all my activities have always been aimed not only towards the benefit of India, but also towards the benefit of Russia as a country. A Hindu myself, I've always held Orthodox Christians and people of various beliefs and religions in respect.

Then why is all of this taking place against my family and my religion?

I request Prime minister Narendra Modi and President Vladimir Putin to treat this canker at its early stages before it spreads everywhere. The material on this blog has turned into a breeding ground for religious discrimination and it has to be removed.

The various religions and beliefs should coexist in harmony and work together to make this world a place filled with love and happiness.
